HempWell Broad Spectrum 4000mg CBD Oil Tincture
Made from organically grown EU certified hemp plants and extracted in Europe, our quality CBD is fully compliant under the current EU regulations for CBD products. Our products are third-party tested to ensure consistency and quality.
While CBD isolate contains just pure CBD and no other compounds from the hemp or cannabis sativa plant, broad-spectrum CBD contains all the compounds from the hemp plant but has the THC removed.
Broad spectrum products may produce heightened effects because they contain additional natural hemp compounds that work together. This is known as the ‘entourage effect.’
Broad spectrum CBD does not contain THC, which means that it will not produce any unwanted ‘high’ effects.

CBD as Nature Intended
The hemp resin used in our Broad Spectrum CBD oils come right from our EU hemp fields. Our premium hemp is grown fully organic and so our extracts are packed full of great cannabinoids, terpenes and other compounds. The combination of these creates a unique experience often referred to as the ‘entourage effect’, anecdotally boosting the benefits of CBD. Looking for pure CBD oils? Strengths to Suit All Needs
A range of oil strengths are available to suit your requirements. This has allowed our customers to find the best Broad Spectrum CBD oil to help with anxiety, insomnia and more. To learn more about what strength is correct for you, visit our dosage guide here.
100% Organic and Vegan
All our oils are wonderfully crafted using 100% plant-based and organic ingredients. We don’t buy our hemp, we grow it ourselves. This means we have much more control over our traceability and confidence in our quality CBD products. This doesn’t come without its challenges however! Growing industrial hemp isn’t easy and many farmers will use harsh pesticides and synthetic fertilisers. We believe in growing organically – despite the increased challenges it poses – to protect the environment and create truly exceptional products.
Quality & ArtisanalÂ
We manufacture all of our oils at our lab located at the Innovation Centre of York Science Park and any products we can’t make ourselves, we outsource to local Yorkshire businesses. By protecting our seed-to-shelf model and manufacturing under strict conditions we can ensure the highest quality for customers that use our premium Broad Spectrum CBD oil.
Have it your way
A few drops in your morning orange juice, a sleep aid for your bedtime routine? With the graduated pipettes featured on all of our CBD oils, you can precisely manage your dosage and take control of your wellness. Use sublingually (under the tongue) for rapid absorption. Learn more about controlling your dosage here.
All of our CBD oils come in our unique graduated pipette bottles. Simply work out your dose in ml and use the pipette to measure out exactly how much you need! The most common method for taking CBD oil is to squeeze the oil out under your tongue. This allows the oil to be absorbed by your mucus membrane very quickly. Alternatively, you can ingest the oil by adding it to food or drink. Many of our customers start their day off with CBD in their morning brew! Broad spectrum CBD – also known as full spectrum CBD is made using unprocessed ‘raw’ hemp resin, and therefore contains a wide variety of organic compounds which are normally removed in the refinement process. These compounds work alongside CBD in the body to create a unique, potent experience known as the ‘entourage effect’. The therapeutic benefits of the entourage effect have been suggested and explored by Dr. Ethan Russo, a leading medical researcher in the field of medical cannabis. The entourage effect is said to make many of CBD’s properties, such as its anti-inflammation and anti-anxiety properties even more powerful, and as such is the product of choice for many looking for alternative remedies.
The amount of organic cannabinoids present. CBD is just one of many cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, and many others are shown to have synergistic properties when used alongside CBD. Full spectrum CBD is the completely unaltered resin taken straight from a low-THC plant. Broad spectrum is the same except the THC is completely removed. As THC content is only allowed under 0.2% by UK law, Broad Spectrum CBD is the safest way to enjoy CBD.
Broad spectrum CBD is completely safe. While broad spectrum CBD contains many other cannabinoids, all potentially harmful compounds are completely removed in our extraction process. Our resins are sourced from our own hemp farms in the EU, so we know exactly what’s in them. On top of that, we send our oils out for regular third-party lab testing to ensure consistent quality in every bottle. The reports from these tests are available for anyone to see on our website, so you can be sure you’re buying premium, legitimate products.
That depends on your specific needs. Those wanting to explore the effects of CBD on treating mild conditions or promoting general wellbeing should find 500 mg – 1500 mg CBD oil to be the perfect for them. Others looking to address more serious conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, or insomnia might find higher dose bottles (2000 mg – 3000 mg CBD) more appropriate. Everyone is different, and CBD is a highly personalised experience, so we encourage anyone trying CBD for the first time to keep a written record of their doses and perceived outcomes. Trying out different doses is the best way of finding out what works for you. Read more in our online dosage guide, coming soon!
