Delivery Information And Returns Policy

Deliveries within the UK

All items ordered within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD tracked service for £2.99 (or free shipping) and should be received within 3/5 days of dispatch.

Express delivery service is £6.99 – goods should be received within 1/2 days of dispatch. All goods purchased before 2pm, Monday – Friday will be dispatched at 5pm that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will leave at 5pm the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on Monday. For larger orders (such as white label, wholesale or bulk) processing time may be longer.

Deliveries within Ireland and Europe

Items ordered from Europe are sent tracked using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Europe).

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Europe) should be delivered within 3 – 7 days.

The price is calculated on weight and is based on a sliding scale starting at £10.99. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All goods purchased before 2pm, Monday – Friday will be dispatched at 5pm that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will leave at 5pm the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs screening and/or unexpected delivery delays.

Please note that we cannot ship CBD products to Sweden.

Deliveries to America, Asia and the Rest of the World

Please note that we do not ship to USA or India.

Items ordered from Asia, South America, Caribbean and the rest of the world are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (World).

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (World) should be delivered within 7 – 10 days starting at £14.99

All goods purchased before 2pm, Monday – Friday will be dispatched at 5pm that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will leave at 5pm the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on Monday.

IMPORTANT – If the courier company has issued a delivered status on the package tracking information the the parcel is agreed to be delivered by both parties. CBDSupermarket is not responsible for “delivered” parcels that can not be found by the customer, in this case the customer must contact the courier company directly to confirm the delivery location.

Please note that the authorities in Australia have specific restrictions around CBD in food products and if you place an order for capsules, gummies or chocolates we accept no responsibility if they do not arrive.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION

All items purchased from CBD Supermarket are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, and as such you will have up to 14 days from the date you receive the item in which to cancel the order and return the goods unopened. Before returning any item, please contact us via our email or contact form informing us of your intentions and we will provide details for sending the item back.

Any items being returned should be in an un-opened and unused condition still in it’s original packaging. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, and we therefore recommend the item is well packaged and in certain circumstances we would recommend using a tracking service. On receipt of the item in the conditions mentioned above, a full refund will be made minus our cost of posting the item to you.

Please note that any returns from any currency other than GBP may incur currency exchange fees. CBD Supermarket is not liable for any currency exchange fees you may be charged by your bank. Please be aware of this when purchasing from another currency.

GOOD DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If an item is being returned because it is damaged or faulty, then you should immediately take a picture of the item and email to lisa@cbdsupermarket.co.uk and confirm the damaged area in writing such as broken bottle. Once the damage has been confirmed by us it is very important you return the damaged item to us in the original packaging.

On receipt of the damaged goods or a replacement item will be sent, depending on your preference and our stock availability at the time and a coupon issued for the cost of your return shipping. You may also choose to take a full refund of the purchase price paid for the damaged goods and also the reasonable cost of returning the item to us, which will also be refunded to you. or a replacement item will be sent, depending on your preference and our stock availability at the time.
